Warm Chocolate Cinnamon Breakfast Smoothie


Using our NEW Vita Coco Pressed, this smoothie makes a nourishing, indulgent recipe as a breakfast, afternoon pick-me-up or evening sweet treat.
Ingredients, Makes 1 large jar / 2 small glasses
 
500ml Vita Coco coconut water with pressed coconut
1 cup oats
4 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp almond butter
2-3 medjool dates
1 tbsp flaxseed
1 tsp cinnamon


Instructions

Simply put all of the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until completely smooth.

Once smooth, blend again for a couple of minutes until the smoothie has warmed.

Serve in a jar with a cinnamon stick, a sprinkle of oats and a few chocolate chips for an extra chocolately start to the day.

Note, if left for a while the smoothie will thicken, but you can re-blend for a thinner consistency.
