Nothing says a healthy summer breakfast quite like this chilled summer berry smoothie. Made with frozen berries, coconut water and some other breakfast favourites, this summer berry smoothie is perfect to start the day with, and oh so refreshing too.
Ingredients, Makes 3 glasses:
1 ½ cup frozen berries
¾ cup oats
¾ cup Vita Coco coconut water, chilled
3 tbsp. almond butter
3 tbsp. flaxseed
1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
Simply place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add more coconut water if you would like a thinner consistency.
Divide between 3 glasses and enjoy.
