Summer workouts you will absolutely love

Well, love might be a strong word, but you'll definitely enjoy these summer-inspired workouts...

Grab your new summer workout gear and get out in that sunshine…

Ok, so if you’re not near the beach, do not fret, you don’t need the waves with Surfset. The NYC-based fitness class works on a surfboard but you don’t need the waves or the water because this interval-based class combines elements of aerobic fat burning, lean muscle building, and balance & core training. The 45-minute routine takes place on top of a custom-made unstable surfboard.

Festival season is here so get your body prepared to lift (and be lifted) during any gig! This summer workout workout combines both cardio and strength training, and uses weights to work on your core strength.

Pokémon GO is everywhere right now, and everyone is feeling 10-years-old again. Well, this is working wonders for your body. If you haven’t yet downloaded the app, get on it! The app handily notifies you when you hit a fitness milestone e.g. walking 5 kilometers, and recent studies show that walking can be more effective than running. Plus, you’ll be out and about in the sunshine.
Fancy playing football wearing a pair of roller skates? Well this is for you. To join in on the fun you’ll need to take your own skates and helmet, and be able to control your speed and know how to turn. Good luck!

Feel inspired after Wimbledon? Well, move over Serena because Cardio Tennis is going to whip you into shape. Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court you do it to music. Fun!

Fancy learning to dance like Beyonce, or learning a routing to 90s boyband songs? Well Seen on Screen Fitness is for you. Currently, the classes are being held in London but they’re so much fun, and worth a trip to the big smoke.
