A healthy, fresh pina colda smoothie bowl that'll make you feel like you're at the beach. Add a little rum if you're feeling cheeky, or serve in homemade pineapple boats for family friendly fun.
1 large pineapple
½ cup Vita Coco coconut milk (regular or light)
1 frozen banana
¼ tsp. turmeric (for colour)
Toasted coconut flakes
Your favourite granola
Start by cutting your pineapple in half. Then remove the pineapple fresh from the middle of each half, being careful not to cut through the skin as you don't want the pineapple bowls to leak.
Put the pineapple into the blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Divide the smoothie between two bowls and serve with the toppings
