And it isn’t just for yoga bunnies. Take time out to train the mind and feel free from distraction. Meditation isn’t about stopping thoughts and trying to concentrate on something else, it’s more about feeling comfortable with the thoughts that are already in your head. Alrighty then.

After the testing period those who’d meditated were more able to cope with multi-tasking without feeling stressed.
