Cauliflower Smoothie Three Ways


This cauliflower smoothie recipe is the base of three flavoursome smoothies - strawberry, matcha and blueberry. Which one will you choose? Whatever you go for, you’ll be sneaking in 2 veggies – cauliflower and courgette – which make the smoothies extra creamy and nutritious.

Ingredients

Base, Serves 1:

½ cup frozen cauliflower
¼ cup courgette, peeled
¼ avocado, ripe
1 small banana
1 ½ cup Vita Coco coconut water

For Strawberry:

1 cup. fresh strawberries
1 tbsp. peanut butter

For Matcha:

1 tsp. matcha tea
A handful of baby spinach
1 medjool date, de-stoned

For Blueberry:

1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

Put the ingredients for the base into the nutribullet and blend until smooth. Add in the ingredients for the flavour you desire (strawberry, matcha or blueberry) and blend again until smooth. Serve in a jar of choice.
