Thick, creamy and totally delicious, acai bowls make the best summer breakfast/afternoon snack. Loaded with healthy toppings and a 'soft serve' consistency this acai bowl will become your go-to summer!
Makes 1 large bowl/2 small bowls
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup Vita Coco coconut milk
2 frozen bananas
2 tbsp. almond butter
1 tbsp. maple syrup (optional)
4 tsp. acai powder
Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries)
Simply place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend on a low setting until thick and creamy. Be careful not to over blend otherwise it'll lose the thick soft serve consistency.
Serve with the toppings and enjoy.
