8 steps to glowing skin


It’s nearly beach o’clock so time to buff it baby! Why not grab your own coconut oil from our online store and get that glowing skin you’ve always wanted.

1. DRINK

4. FACE-OFF

Talking of faces, twice a week treat yours to a homemade avocado mask that will hydrate, calm and even out any skin tone issues. Mash up oats, avocado and a little coconut oil, spread on, wait 10 minutes and rinse with tepid water.
 
5. FREEZE

At the end of your shower time blast your face and body with some cold water. Chilly, yes, but it closes pores right up giving your skin a glowing and fresh impression. Definitely worth it.
 
6. WRAP IT

When it comes to moisturising, pimp your chosen hydrater’s powers by slicking it on and wrapping your bod in warm towels. It’s cosy, plus the heat helps the product sink in and boosts cell productivity, making your skin smooth and healthy.

7. FAKE IT

Start dance classes. It’s the best way to have fun whilst simultaneously doing HITT (high intensity interval training). The stop/start moves mean you burn lots of calories and improve blood circulation to the skin. Result: healthier looking skin.
