Every decision we make at Vita Coco is guided by one goal: keeping our customers safe. That’s why we acted quickly and decisively to remove select lots of three product sizes from the market. Working closely with our manufacturing partner and the FDA, we identified the impacted product and, out of an abundance of caution, voluntarily included additional lots to ensure any potentially affected product is fully accounted for.

Our commitment doesn’t stop here—we will continue to take every measure necessary to maintain the trust our customers place in us.

If you believe you have impacted product and you have not already requested reimbursement, please fill out the form below or call our customer service hotline.

You will then be offered a digital coupon as part of the recall process.

  • Check to see if your product matches the information in the “Affected Product” section above. To check the lot number on the top of the pack of the product and check against the affected product.

  • As long as your product does not match the information in the “Affected Product” section above, it’s completely fine to consume that product.

  • If you have an affected product, you should abstain from drinking it until the recall is complete. Please see the instructions above on how to fill out the product recall form and receive a reimbursement. Once you have submitted your information, pour the liquid out and recycle the carton(s).

  • If you purchased an impacted product but no longer have the product in your possession, you can still submit the product recall form as long as you provide your receipt from the impacted product or the email address you used when you placed your order on our site.

  • Once you fill out the product recall form or call our customer service hotline, you will be offered two options as part of the recall process:
