PB&J Smoothie by Keoni Hudoba


INGREDIENTS
• ½ Cup Strawberries
• ½ Cup Blueberries
• 1 Cup Spinach
• ½ Cup Granola
• 2 Tbsp Almond Butter
• 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
• ½ Cup Vita Coco Coconut Water

INSTRUCTIONS

MORNING MANTRA
Meditation: I am a huge believer in setting an intention and thought of the day. Something that can be a mantra for the day that you can remind yourself of when life gets a bit stressful. Think of it as stress relief in your pocket!

MORNING WORKOUTS
Windmill: To get the blood flowing I like to do a steady windmill, reaching opposite hand to opposite for holding for a two count then switching. Do this for about 1 minute to increase your heart rate and get your body active for the productive day ahead. 

Knee Pulls: For alignment clasp your hands gentle around your knee and pull towards the opposite shoulder. I love to do this to reposition my body.
