Nourish + Nurture Smoothie by Claire Fountain


INGREDIENTS
• Frozen Blueberries
• 1 Cup Vita Coco Coconutmilk
• 1 Scoop Protein Powder
• Half Frozen Banana

Extra nourishment (all optional): 
• 1 Tbsp Collagen Powder
• 1-2 Tbsp Flaxseeds
• 1 Tsp Adaptogen Blend, like Moodbeli’s Energy Tonic
• Brazil nuts

INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender, adding in optional ingredients for extra nourishments. Pour and enjoy!

This smoothie is full of good for you and your body ingredients and plenty of good fats for supple hair, skin, and nails. Antioxidants, protein, and adaptogens all aid in how nourishing this smoothie is with special tricks like Brazil nuts that are an extraordinary source of selenium. Give it a try!

MORNING MANTRA
I recommend not looking at your phone immediately but taking the first 30 minutes or so for yourself! Quiet time, affirmations, a quick mediation, or journaling (writing your goals or intentions down, or a quick letter to yourself are all great options) and even exercise if morning movement is your style.
