Coconut Lavender Lemonade

Looking for a nutritious and refreshing drink? Check out this lavender coconut lemonade, made with Vita Coco Pressed Coconut Water! Vita Coco water is an excellent source of vitamin C, and 1 cup provides 100% of our daily needs for this important vitamin. The naturally sweet coconut water helps to give this tasty lemonade a subtle sweetness that pairs perfectly with the lavender.

Ingredients:
½ tablespoon of dried lavender flowers
¼ cup of granulated sugar
1 ½ cups of boiling water
1 cup of lemon juice, pulp and seeds strained
2 cups of Vita Coco Pressed Coconut Water
1 cup of water

Directions:
Add the lavender flowers and sugar to a large bowl. Pinch the flowers to release their oils.
Add the boiling water to the bowl, and whisk with the sugar and lavender until all of the sugar has dissolved.
Let that sit for an hour. Once done, strain out the lavender leaves and add the sugar mixture into a pitcher.
Add the lemon juice, Vita Coco pressed coconut water, and 1 cup of cold water to the pitcher, and stir well. Enjoy!
