This recipe is perfect for getting rid of that post-holiday bloat, that winter dullness, and that sugar-high regret! Give it a try this winter--or any time, frankly--and shake up that smoothie regiment!
- 1c Vita Coco Coconut Water, Pure
- 1c frozen cherries
- ½ frozen blueberries
- 2tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp agave
- Toss your ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy in a tall glass (with a straw, for some added whimsy!)
