Nat's Morning Smoothie by Natalie Uhling


INGREDIENTS
• 1 Cup Vita Coco Pressed Coconut Water
• 1 Cup of Spinach
• 1/2 Avocado
• 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
• 1 Scoop Super Green Powder 
• 1 Scoop Maca Powder
• 1 Tbsp Bee Pollen
• 3 Leaves of Dinosaur Kale

INSTRUCTIONS
1.First, get all your ingredients out and then wash your greens
2.Add coconut water as the base in your blender
3.Place super green powder, maca powder, spinach, dinosaur kale, avocado, and frozen blueberries in the blender
4.Press play and let the magic begin
5.Lastly, pour the green smoothie into a glass cup and end by sprinkling the bee pollen on top and enjoy!
