Morning Get After It Smoothie by Michael Chernow


INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup of stemmed kale
• 1/2 frozen banana (2oz)
• 1/2 avocado
• 2oz frozen blueberries
• 8oz Vita Coco Pressed Coconut Water 
• 8oz macadamia nut milk
• 1 scoop vanilla plant based protein
380 calories - 25g protein - 40g Carbs - 15g fat 

INSTRUCTIONS
In a blender add all ingredients and blend for 30 seconds, then drink and enjoy!

MORNING MANTRA
After I meditate, I bang out 50 pushups, nice and slow, gets my blood flowing and fired up for the day.
