• 1 Small Sweet Potato, Peeled and Steamed
• 1 Frozen Banana
• 1 Tbsp Almond Butter
• ½ Tsp Ginger Freshly Grated
• ¾ Cup Vita Coco Coconutmilk
• Dash of Cinnamon
• Few Cubes of Ice
Sliced Banana, Granola, Pumpkin Seeds, Almond Butter, and Toasted Coconut Flakes.
Blend sweet potato, banana, almond butter, ginger, cinnamon and coconut milk until smooth, adding a bit more coconut milk to blend as needed. Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
