• 3/4 Cup Quick Cooking Oats
• 1-2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
• 2 Tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter
• 2 Tbsp of Yogurt
• 3/4 C up Vita Coco Coconutmilk
• 1/2-1 Tbsp Vita Coco Coconut Oil
• Splash of Maple Syrup or Honey
• Pinch of Cinnamon & Salt
1.Chuck all the dry ingredients into your bowl and mix until combined
2.Add in your yogurt & maple syrup, slowly pouring in the coconut milk until you get a thick consistency like a pancake batter
3.Chill in the fridge overnight or for at least an hour
4.Once you’re ready to eat, in a small skillet or frying pan heat the coconut oil then add banana slices
5.Sprinkle cinnamon on top and begin sautéing for about 3 minutes or until crispy and cooked, add to your oats and you’re all set!
I like to keep in simple and easy. Typically I will wake up, make my bed and then drink a glass or two of water. I love starting my day off with some sort of movement so I’ll either go to my Crossfit box for a workout, do some stretching or just go for a walk.
