• 2 Cups Vanilla Yogurt
• 2 Tbsp of Chia Seeds
• 2 Tsp of Sliced, Roasted Almonds
• 2 Tsp of Chopped Green Apples
• 2 Tangerine or Orange Slices, Chopped
• 1 Cup Vita Coco Pressed Coconut Water
1.Mix your apples and coconut water, letting the crunchy green apples soak in the water for a good 20-30 minutes
2.This gives you time to work out, meditate, shower, or briefly check the news. Try to not check your email right when you wake up!!! Give yourself a bit of time to ease into the day
3.Once you've let the apples sit, mix almonds, chia seeds, and vanilla yogurt in small cup. This dish is great to eat at home, before a busy day, or take into work with you. The proportions are perfect for a metal to-go cup
4.Combine the apples soaked in the coconut water with the yogurt, chia seeds, and almonds. Then, simply add the tangerines or oranges on top for a bit of color and some Vitamin C
