• 2 Cups Peaches
• 1 Cup Frozen Raspberries
• 1 Fresh Banana
• 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
• 2 Cups Vita Coco Coconutmilk
Toppings: Freeze dried coconut flakes, granola, freeze dried raspberries, fresh pomegranate.
Add frozen and fresh fruit to blender with coconut milk. Blend until smooth. Place smoothie in bowl and arrange toppings. Enjoy and dig in!
Living in NYC means that most days are chaotic. I like to start my day as calm and centered as possible. First thing I do when I get out of bed is meditate for 5-10 minutes (I love the app headspace). Second thing I do is sit down with my husband and we say 3 things we are grateful for. It really puts things in perspective.
