Pink Coco Hot Chocolate by Elisa Marshall


INGREDIENTS
• 10oz Vita Coco Coconutmilk 
• 25g White Chocolate Wafers
• 1 Heaping Tsp Beetroot Powder 

INSTRUCTIONS
Melt the white chocolate in microwave for a few seconds or by stirring on stovetop in a saucepan. Whisk in your 10 ounces vita coco milk into a saucepan on the stove with the melted white chocolate, or if you have an at home steam wand system place all together in steam pitcher. Add in your teaspoon of beetroot powder once the mixture is warmed through and whisk slowly until fully incorporated and there are no visible lumps or chunks. Let come to a gentle simmer stovetop or steam thoroughly with steam wand. Strain while pouring into your favorite mug for a perfectly smooth and beautiful “pink” drink! Sprinkle extra beetroot powder with a stencil or from a shaker for garnish. Recipe can be doubled or adjusted for sweetness to your taste.
