• 2 Mashed Ripe Bananas
• 1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
• 1 1/2 Cup Gluten Free Oats
• 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
• 2 Tablespoons Vita Coco Coconut Oil
1.In a medium sized bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until you reach a puree consistency
2.Next, add in peanut butter + melted coconut oil and mix until well combined, adding in the gluten free oats and mix until completely coated before adding in the chocolate chips
3.Scoop dough into about 1 tablespoon round balls and place on parchment paper
4.Bake for 20 minutes and Enjoy!
