Blue Coco Smoothie by Beth Cooke


INGREDIENTS
• 1 Cup Vita Coco Coconut Water
• 1 Cup of Blueberries
• ½ Banana
• 2 Tbsp Almond Butter
• Mint Leaf Garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
Blend fresh or frozen blueberries with the banana and almond butter adding in the coconut water once ingredients have been well blended. Top the smoothie with a mint garnish for freshness and increased flavor.

MORNING MANTRA
Put on favorite song. Suggestions: MJ don’t stop until you get enough or Robyn dancing on my own. - and dance for the entire song. Let your body move, add in hops and twirls if you’re feeling it. Life doesn’t have to be so serious.
