Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie by Alexandra Bonetti


INGREDIENTS
• 1/4 Banana 
• 1 Cup Blueberries 
• 1/2 Cup Vita Coco Coconut Water 
• 1 Tbsp Almond Butter 
• 1 Tbsp Sun Potion Chlorella 
• The Beauty Chef Plant Protein 
• 1 Tbsp Nue Co's Debloat Food + Pro-biotic 
• 1/2 Cup of Spinach

INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in a blender, blend it up until smooth, and enjoy!

MORNING MANTRA
Make it fun. After I meditate, my husband and mini monsters, I mean, adorable children (a two-year-old and a six-month-old to be exact) wake up. We play a healthy mix of grown up songs and wheels on the bus while we make them breakfast and attempt to feed them instead of their clothing. More often than not, my two-year-old demands to be caped and carried around the house to pretend to be batman.
